By uploading content (e.g. photos, event listings), you grant TouchGrass a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and use that content within the platform. We may remove or restrict content that violates our guidelines or laws.

6. Events and Liability

TouchGrass is a platform for users to organize or join real-world events. We do not control or endorse any specific event or host. Participation is at your own risk. We are not liable for injuries, losses, or disputes arising from such events.

7. Business Users

Approved businesses may host events under separate guidelines. Business-specific features are subject to change and additional terms.

8. Monetization and Fees

TouchGrass may introduce paid features, subscriptions, or transaction fees. You will be notified of any charges before they apply.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms or other abusive behavior, with or without notice.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
